Summary: "Good Book!"

A counselor friend of mine put me on to this book.

Shipping and book condition perfect. This was easy and seamless and the price was right.

The book, an excellent book. So helpful and practical. Short chapters make it an easy read. The author can use some pretty big words in the intro but press on, it gets better. Reading it with a dictionary can help with the intro. Not much of an issue when you get past that.

Summary: "Should be required reading in all school and prisons."

I cannot describe the significance of positive impact this book had on me at one of the worst times of my life. I can only imagine that if this book were available everywhere for young people, it'd save them a lot of trauma, bad decisions and emotional distress later in life. Though a densely packed little book, it is straight-forward, fluff and psychobabble free, and worth more than gold to those who have the eyes to see.

This book was well worn and looks more like a left over than a paperback book! The book was marked and pages folded. Disappointing and a little surprising.
